Fish Farming & Aquaculture

Supporting Fish Farmers From Hatchery to Harvest

GreenPath Agri Solutions now supports fish farmers, hatchery operators and aquaculture enterprises across Malawi with practical, field-tested guidance at every stage of production. From fingerling production and broodstock care to pond preparation, feeding programmes and fish health, we help you build routines that improve survival rates, make better use of feed and deliver a more consistent harvest.

Hatchery management and fingerling production in Malawi
Hatchery Management

Reliable fingerling production begins with a well-managed hatchery. We support egg handling, hatching, fry care and fingerling management, with close attention to water quality, feeding, hygiene and grading.

Fish breeding and broodstock selection in Malawi
Fish Breeding

The fish you breed shape the next generation. We help you select and care for broodstock, plan breeding schedules and keep records of parent fish and offspring that reduce inbreeding risks and protect seed quality.

Fish disease management and health checks in Malawi
Fish Disease Management

Changes in feeding, behaviour or appearance often signal that fish need attention. We support early recognition of health problems and review the water conditions, handling and farm hygiene behind them.

Fish nutrition and feeding management in Malawi
Fish Nutrition & Feeding

We guide feed selection, pellet size, feeding quantities, schedules and storage — and help you track growth and feeding response so feed is used efficiently and unnecessary waste is reduced.

Pond development and management in Malawi
Pond Management

We assist with pond preparation, stocking decisions, water quality monitoring, routine maintenance and harvest planning — so you can recognise problems early and adjust as your fish grow.
